InterImage reengineered the U.S. Army’s criminal investigation case management system to great success. This critical system, which includes law enforcement data from four legacy applications, serves approximately 15,000 users worldwide. It provides full case management for all law enforcement activities, including investigations, registrations, adjudications, and traffic enforcement. It also includes workflow management, electronic imaging, data warehousing, and integrated fingerprint and polygraph management capabilities.
By applying our SE&I capabilities in combination with the Agile development framework, we completed this multiyear project on time and on budget. As part of our comprehensive approach, we took advantage of Agile Scrum methodology in short development sprints and frequent releases to ensure collaboration and the delivery of high-quality working software. InterImage also maintains the development and test environment, and provides help desk services and worldwide training for this long-term project.
