InterImage helps our customers meet their most demanding data management challenges. From data analytics and modeling to data integration and migration, we provide the talent, tools, and technology to improve decision-making and help achieve mission success.
Our data analytics and integration experience spans numerous use cases, such as aggregating and normalizing training performance data from dozens of systems and databases; managing massive amounts of investigative case data; and collecting, processing, and distributing railroad safety data. We support applications like these by applying a deep array of capabilities, including database engineering, robotic process automation, reporting and analytics, business process reengineering, data visualization, data warehousing, and data mining.
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) created the National Do Not Call Registry (NDNCR) in 2003 to give consumers a choice about whether they want to receive telemarketing calls. Today, there are more than 230 million numbers listed on the NDNCR. Unfortunately, many people on the registry are still getting unwanted calls. InterImage built the system that supports the NDNCR and provides data analytics to help the FTC fight this illegal activity.
Our call log analysis compares telephone number registration data from the NDNCR with call log data from the organization under investigation to determine the number and type of illegal calls made. This call log analysis is critical to the FTC’s NDNCR enforcement efforts and is used as evidence in court. As such, it’s vital that the analysis is fully documented and repeatable and can be demonstrated in a court of law as leading to complete, accurate, and explainable results via declaration, affidavit, and testimony. We have participated in legal actions that have resulted in the conviction and shut down of violating call centers.
