The board consists of the following:

- Marie Dunham – Former National Security Agency executive and Principle of M Dunham Consulting Services, LLC
- Kevin Ford – Former Deputy Director of Technology for National Security Agency and Principle for Fxd Intelligence LLC
- Paul Gentile – Executive consultant and Principle at Panther LLC, and former Sr. VP & Business Unit General Manager at ManTech and Sr. VP at SAIC and Leidos
- Jack Gumtow – Former CIO of the Defense Intelligence Agency
